Goodbye Sidi Ifni

The weather in Morocco was very unsettled and there was another severe weather warning for the Atlantic coast in the next few days.  We decided to dodge the storm by driving a hundred miles inland.  The following morning we packed up and left Sidi Ifni, heading east into the desert.

🔵 Borj Biramane, Icht

We stopped at Borj Biramane, a desert camp and guesthouse near Icht.  It was very windy when we arrived but we enjoyed blue sky and sunshine and it was warm enough to sit outside.  The following day it rained for an hour or so and then the sun came out.  If it rained heavily in those parts, trickles soon became streams, which became rivers, turning into raging torrents.
